The following is a letter from Nightmares from Elmridge!
Thank you for taking your time to visit us. Rob and Melinda Vacarro support this from their own funds in order to provide a place for community youth to decorate and provide the haunted house each year at a great loss of income. It is volunteer and the proceeds are returned to community as charitable donations to families, the volunteer fire department and/or local charities.

Jackie and Quazi to appear on the 98 Rock morning show on 9/18/09 with Mickey, Amelia and Spiegel to discuss what the Baltimore Scare Crew does to inform potential haunters!

Once again this year, Bloody Mary makeup has agreed to sponsor our contest with the prize being a gallon of BLOOD! The contest is going to be between all of the haunted attractions that we review during the 2009 season. Whichever attraction that can scare, entertain and blow our minds the most will win the contest! Field of Screams in Pa. won the prize last year and does not qualify for the contest this year. So, let the best attraction win!

Hello
readers and fans of the Baltimore Scare Crew! We are bringing our
reviewing season to a close tonight with Frightland. The Baltimore
Scare Crew has reviewed 14 attractions this year! We had a blast but we
are pooped out! We aren't ever finished though with behind the scenes
work! The remainder of 2009 we plan to adopt a needy family (as we
always do) and make sure they have a Merry Christmas!
(If you would like to recommend a family please email Jackie by Nov
20th. The email address is on our contacts page.) We also plan to have
a meeting after the new year begins to discuss some Baltimore Scare
Crew merchandise since we have started getting more and more questions
about where people can buy our hoodies! 2010 is going to be different
for us, we plan to review attractions a bit outside of the mid
atlantic. Start covering more ground! We hope that you enjoyed 2009
reviews. Remember if we didnt review it this year, odds are we have
reviewed it during previous seasons, please check out our archives
page! The awards for 2009 should be up by the end of November. Lots to
do! We are also planning on doing some consulting with haunted attractions
and designing some scares of our own to add to a few places. If you
would like our suggestions, or ideas feel free to email! We love to

The adults volunteer to provide supervision to the youngsters who come out each year to participate in the event and wait all year to come and scare people.
The earn community credits for school and we keep them in a safe place evenings and weekends during the holiday.
It means a great deal to all of us that you add us to your list to review and take the time to take notice of our efforts.
